Hi, I'm Caitie

Jane

Like many therapists, my healing journey inspired me to help others on theirs. The adverse experiences of head injuries and later postpartum depression first piqued my curiosity about mental health and its intrinsic ties to the body's innate wisdom.

Noticing the disconnect in my own experience and the lack of supports available to most folks, especially new moms, motivated me to learn more about breathwork and trauma, and later, pursue a career in counseling.

With seven years of education and training in various mind-body modalities, and having also completed a three-year intensive program in transpersonal psychology, I'm a registered therapist in therapeutic counseling.

I’m also super passionate about motherhood, deeply love the natural world, and am especially enthusiastic about yoga, hiking, raising honey bees, and live music.

My pledge

“I will hold a compassionate and gentle space as we explore what might be holding you back from returning home to you. It takes courage to look within, and I am cheering you on for taking the first steps.

We will work at your pace and respect your process while uncovering greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, relational growth and achieving the goals you bring into our work together. In true connection and curiosity, I look forward to getting to know you.”
