Hi there, I'm glad you've found your way
here
Feeling alone, stuck or overwhelmed by life or motherhood? Then, we share some things in common.
Inspired by my personal experience with postpartum depression, I’m a client-led, experiential counselor trained in Internal Family Systems and Transpersonal Psychology, offering compassionate support and guidance for women and mothers in all stage of their perinatal journey.
Let's start your journey back to wholeness.

What are you looking for in a therapist?
You’ve taken the first step to seek a little help, but the options out there can be overwhelming. Ensuring your counselor or psychologist is a good fit for you isn’t only about the approach or method they use; it’s also about their values and the principles that guide your work together. These are the primary values that guide my practice:
If these values are important to you, we'll be a great fit.

My Approach
You’re here to get a little help, but we’re in this together.
As a client-led, experiential counsellor, specializing in Internal Family Systems, I offer a supportive, holistic and gentle approach to trauma, stress, anxiety, parenting struggles and postpartum depression that takes into consideration your unique story, experiences and what brought you here.
What is client-led?
Great question. Client-led doesn’t mean you're expected to be in the driver’s seat. Simply put, you’re not a box, so let’s not put you inside one.
I’m interested in understanding more about you — your family, your birth story and your motherhood journey. Drawing on many perspectives and modalities, we'll uncover new insights, fresh perspectives, and tools to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

What does a typical session look like?
Feelings can be hard to feel. But many times, we need to address more than our thoughts to get to the root of an issue.
In a typical session, we'll do some talking and contextualizing and, depending on the issue or circumstance, we'll likely engage in some experientially-based practices that ask us to feel and pay attention to what’s happening in the body at the somatic (sensory) level.
Many of these exercises form the basis of helpful tools and techniques you can use outside of our sessions. This work is always done in a safe space and to your comfort level.
